FAMILY RENTAL UNITS
Air conditioned only. No linens provided.
No pets and no smoking allowed in units.
$100 cash security deposit required upon arrival.
Security deposit refunded at the time of departure if nothing is damaged or missing.
All rates are quoted per night for a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids). Taxes not included.

Weekday: Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs - $119.95
Weekend: Fri, Sat, or Sun (2-night minimum) - $139.95
Holiday Weekend: (3-night minimum) - $164.95

Each family unit comes with full kitchenette, living room, full bathroom, and air conditioning. Linens and towels are not provided. Each unit has a fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and silverware.

Every unit has one bedroom with a full-sized bed, pull-out sofa, or futon, and includes bunk beds for smaller children. Click on the links below to view the features of each family rental unit.

When planning your vacation, remember to bring along trash bags and cleaning supplies. Other items you may wish to bring include a radio, fishing tackle, and camp or lawn chairs. Wi-fi is available at the gift shop.
