$200 cash security deposit required upon arrival.
Security deposit refunded at the time of departure if nothing is damaged or missing.
All rates are quoted per night for a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids). Taxes not included.

Weekday: Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs - $139.95
Weekend: Fri, Sat, or Sun (2-night minimum) - $159.95
Holiday Weekend: (3-night minimum) - $204.95

Each deluxe rental unit comes fully equipped with a kitchenette, living room, full bathroom, air conditioning, and heat. Linens and towels are provided. Each unit features a fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and silverware.
Every unit has one bedroom with a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa or futon. Some units include a loft for smaller children. Click on the links below to view the features of each deluxe rental unit.
When planning your vacation, remember to bring along trash bags and cleaning supplies. Other items you may wish to bring include a radio, fishing tackle, and camp or lawn chairs. Wi-fi is available at the gift shop.
